Wednesday, July 22 | |
Format: 30-40 minutes for the presentation (at the discretion of the author), followed by 5-15 minutes of Q and A. We recommend presenters limit their presentation to 30 minutes to leave time for questions and discussion, but we understand if some authors would like more questions along the way.
Participants should use the raise hand function during the Q and A period and ask the questions themselves after being called on. During the presentation, we encourage people to ask questions in the chat box, and then receive a response from the coauthors and/or have the moderator interrupt the speaker to ask the question.
